Refunds and Returns Policies

  • At Grill Belly, every meal is meticulously prepared just for you, ensuring a personalized and delightful dining experience. As we prioritize your satisfaction, we are unable to accept returns due to the perishable nature of our products. However, we are committed to your happiness and encourage you to reach out to us at info@gellybelly.com if anything falls short of your expectations. We will gladly consider refunds on a case-by-case basis, striving to make things right and leave you with a smile.
  • We want you to have the perfect experience with our Gift Shop items! While we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items, our dedicated team at info@gellybelly.com is here to assist you if you have any concerns about the condition of your purchase. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
  • We want to make sure you have a delightful experience with our Gift Cards and Recipient's Choice certificates! Please note that these items are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to bringing joy and excitement with our amazing selection!

Shipping Rules and Policies

  • We kindly request customers to ensure the accuracy of all delivery information prior to placing an order. To maintain our commitment to exceptional service, we are unable to provide refunds for order cancellations, changes in delivery dates, or deliveries to incorrect addresses provided. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated as we strive to provide a seamless experience.
  • Our custom packaging ensures that meals remain perfectly temperature controlled, giving you peace of mind. You can conveniently receive your delivery without needing to be home. Once you receive  your delicious meal, simply place it in the refrigerator to keep it fresh. We take pride in preparing meals specifically for you, so we recommend savoring your meal  within the next 1-3 days for the ultimate taste experience!
  • We are thrilled to deliver your meals Tuesday – Friday via UPS! Your delicious meals will be carefully packaged in temperature-controlled packaging, ensuring their freshness upon arrival. While we cannot guarantee a specific time of UPS delivery, rest assured that most packages will be delivered between 8 am - 8 pm. Although we cannot control any delays caused by UPS, including weather-related delays, we want to remind you that once your package leaves our kitchen, it's on its way to bring joy to your doorstep!
  • We currently do not offer shipping to PO Boxes, APO's or FPO's, or outside the contiguous United States. However, we are thrilled to deliver our products to locations within the contiguous United States!

Grill Belly holds no responsibility for damaged or spoiled products resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses – Please ensure the recipient's address is verified before finalizing the order.
  • Extended transit time due to weather or other uncontrollable circumstances.
  • Shipments that are not promptly opened upon receipt.
  • Orders sent to recipients who are out of town or otherwise unavailable during the initial delivery attempt. It is the customer's responsibility to inform the recipient of the impending arrival of a perishable delivery.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you are dissatisfied with the quality or packaging of any item, kindly inform us immediately at info@gellybelly.com. We will evaluate the issue and provide appropriate assistance. To request a replacement or refund, images of the damaged or spoiled items are required.

Damages and Delivery Issues

To ensure prompt resolution, please carefully inspect your order upon reception. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the quality or packaging of an item you have received, kindly notify us immediately at info@gellybelly.com.

We take customer satisfaction seriously and will promptly evaluate the issue to provide appropriate assistance. Please note that images of the damaged or spoiled items are required to initiate a replacement or refund request.
